• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

2.2 Usage Purpose Declaration

During registration, you must accurately declare your intended usage purpose:

• Personal Learning: For own projects and skill development (Free access)
• Client Work/Freelancing/Business: For commercial purposes (Paid services)

Misrepresenting your usage purpose may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Workshop Access & Enrollment

3.1 Free Access (Personal Learning)

• Personal learning accounts receive free access to all workshop courses
• Content may only be used for personal skill development
• Commercial use of workshop materials is strictly prohibited

3.2 Paid Services (Commercial Use)

• Commercial users must pay applicable fees for workshop services
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Commercial usage includes client work, freelancing, and business projects

3.3 Course Enrollment

• You may enroll in multiple workshops simultaneously
• Enrollment is subject to availability and prerequisites
• We reserve the right to limit enrollment based on capacity

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Portal in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of all workshop materials
• Maintain a respectful and professional attitude in all interactions
• Submit original work for assignments and assessments

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or sell workshop materials without authorization
• Engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Portal
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Workshop Content

• All course materials, videos, documents, and resources are owned by Waplancer
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for learning purposes
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

5.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and submit
• You grant Waplancer a license to use, display, and distribute your submissions for educational purposes
• We may use anonymized submissions as examples in future workshops

6. Certificates & Credentials

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of workshop requirements
• Certificates verify participation and completion, not professional certification
• Fraudulent certificate claims may result in revocation and account termination
• Waplancer reserves the right to verify certificate authenticity

7. Progress Tracking & Assessment

• Your progress is tracked automatically through the Portal
• Lesson completion requires admin approval to ensure quality standards
• You must submit work for review to progress through courses
• Admins may reject submissions that don't meet standards

8. Payment & Refunds

8.1 Credits System

• Workshop credits are used to enroll in paid courses
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not expire unless account is terminated

8.2 Refund Policy

• No refunds for completed courses or used credits
• Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed
• Refund requests must be submitted through official channels

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 We May Suspend or Terminate Your Account If:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• You provide false information during registration
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

9.2 Consequences of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to all workshop content
• Forfeiture of unused credits
• Revocation of certificates (in case of fraud)

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your use of the Portal is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We collect and use personal data as described in the Privacy Policy
• You consent to data collection and processing by using the Portal

11. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

11.1 Content Disclaimer

• Workshop content is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career success
• Content may contain errors or become outdated over time

11.2 Limitation of Liability

• Waplancer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We are not responsible for third-party content or links

12. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Changes will be effective upon posting to the Portal
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Major changes will be communicated via email
