Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team at Waplancer IT Solution. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our IT products and services to potential clients, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
2. Present and demonstrate IT solutions (web development, digital marketing, software) to prospects
3. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
4. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
6. Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project delivery
7. Maintain accurate records in CRM

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. 1 to 5 years of experience in IT sales or B2B sales
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Knowledge of IT services (web, app, digital marketing) is a plus
5. Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
6. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
